When you submit a quote request we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode and a description of the work you need. If you call us, we may note your contact details and job details so we can arrange an appointment.
How we use it
Your information is used solely to respond to your enquiry, provide a quotation, carry out work and keep records for warranty and gas safety purposes. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiry details are retained for up to 24 months. Records relating to completed gas work are retained for as long as required by Gas Safe and insurance obligations.
